I have iTunes on my old PC, a Windows 7, and I want to transfer all my files to my new Windows 8. I want to be able to keep the playlists, the play counts, the song ratings, etc. for my new computer. I have tried to contact Apple, but they said that they couldn't help me because my computer isn't a Mac, Can anyone help me please? I spent most of yesterday and today looking up possible solutions on the internet and trying them on my computer but so far it has been wasted time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
