Canadian wireless carrier Rogers has confirmed that pre-orders for Apple's iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will commence at 5 AM Eastern Time on September 12, which is 2 AM Pacific Time. It looks like Rogers will be adhering to a different time table than the 12:01 AM Pacific Time that is anticipated for when Apple takes pre-orders, at least in the U.S. market.
"The Rogers Reservation System will open tomorrow September 12, 2014 at 5 a.m. ET," the carrier wrote in an email to customers who had pre-registered their interest in the iPhone. "We'll send you further information including a link to our Rogers Reservation System bright and early tomorrow morning."
Will you be waking up early to pre-order on Rogers? Or will you try and order directly from Apple?
In the interim, be sure to visit our iPhone Buyer's Guide.
