It's after 8 am Eastern time in the United States, and that means that retail sales of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have now started on the eastern seaboard at Apple Stores and various other locations.

That means the people sitting or standing in the long lines at some locations that began as early as 19 days ago are now finally getting served with Apple's latest smartphone. The sales will continue at 8 am in each US time zone so you folks on the west coast still have a couple of hours left to wait before you can get your iPhone 6.

If you were in line this morning to get the iPhone 6, what was your experience like?
