I have used an Iomega 250 mb USB drive as a back up device for years. I just
had to change computers and I cannot get it to work. Windows sees it, knows
what it is and I can read info stored on the zip disks. The hardware manager
says it is OK. The problem is every time I attempt to start a new backup
using the Iomega software, it gives me a 'Iomega has encountered a problem'
and it sends Microsoft an error report. I've looked at the file it creates -
which is rather long- but the first line says the code is '0xc0000005'. I
cannot find that explained anywhere. Does anyone know what that means?
