On my PC which is using Windows Vista, I cannot connect to internet explorer. Apparently a problem caused the programme to stop working correctly so Windows has closed the programme and it was said they would notify me if a solution is found. As the PC now has no internet connection I am unlikely to receive any further message so I have had to use an alternative devise to send this message. How can I reconnect my PC
