Every time I want to open something with graphics, a window pops up with "unzip". When I do this, it goes through motions of unzipping to a folder. Then, it wants to install the above and when I do that it says that I already have a newer version of 82865G.
So I try to open the link or whatever I am opening that contains graphics and then we go through the whole Unzip etc. again and I am never able to open anything that needs this controller. I never had that problem in the past. What has changed and how do I
solve this?
