Windows 2000 intel quad under win2000

Is there any service park or software that will let win2000 pro ( not
server) see all four units of an intel quad processor. For example Q6600.

From what I've read online the limit is 2 processors.

yes
an upgrade to XP

Win2k does not have that capability
