Installing plotter with two drivers

This should be easy, but I'm stuck. I have a large printer that can use two
different drivers, one that sends EPS files and the other sends HP files. I
was able to add the printer without a problem, and pointed XP to the EPS
driver. Now, I'm trying to install the same plotter using the HP driver, but
without sucess. The 'Add a printer' wizard goes through the motions, but
never asks the location of the driver. Essentially, it just re-installs the
plotter using the EPS driver. On my old computer, I was able to install the
same plotter using two different drivers, but can't figure out how to do this
with my new one. Any thoughts? Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!

I don't get it, why would want to install two different drivers for the same
printer?
eps and HP are just brand names, not file types!
if your using an epson printer use epson drivers, if HP then use HP drivers,
don't even try to use both drivers at the same time.
