I have to do a fresh install of XP PRO on my PC., already loaded with Vista.
I have a professional editing software Avid Liquid that it is not ready for
VIsta period. I have the installation CD XP PRO but is giving me a hard drive
error (blue screen) whne I try to install it. i heard that I have to disable
somehow the RAID driver (Connection is SATA) in BIOS ?! how do i do that ?
Any information is appreciated.TKS

Youve missed quite a few steps......First,set BIOS to RAID (3 or so settings,
advanced chipset,integrated periferals,&set as 2nd boot priority,cdrom-1st),
once thru, set up RAID set in post BIOS utility, press F6 when booting to xp
cd,
install xp drivers for SATA/RAID controller.
