When I open the MS System Information app that comes with Vista it
starts up with a very large initial view - almost the entire extent of
my 1680x1050 screen. All the other MS system apps remember and
restore the view size when the app is closed and restarted - but, on
my system, msinfo32 doesn't, always restarting at this large size.
Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to force the app to
remember the preferred view size - the old Win95 trick of holding the
shift key down when you close the app doesn't seem to work anymore :-(
I've had a look in the registry, where I assume the view size
information is stored, but can't see anything that obviously relates
to the initial screen size under the various msinfo32 keys.
Any suggestions please?
