Im having an issue removing a HP Deskjet 3845 from Win7

I'm trying to delete it but its just saying it needs trouble shooting, theres a job still there and its just says deleting. I cant access anything including properties. I restated the spooler also deleted the printer registry. I installed the printer again but the new installation wont print and the old one is still there
