I wanted to find the list of resources the FBI provide for reporting a data breach.
So, naturally, I used a search engine.
"FBI cybercrime", I googled.

Of course, it's unlikely that hackers have caused the FBI's main cybercrime page to disappear.
It's much more likely that someone on the FBI web team has screwed up, and not put a redirect in place.
It is embarrassing though, and hardly helpful for people - like me! - who were trying to legitimately find information on the FBI's website.
