IE8 DPI Scaling Options Bug

IE8 -> options -> advanced -> reset zoom level for new windows and tabs only

resets the zoom level for any tabs opened after the first one. the first tab

is always not reset even when this option is checked. pls fix.

Since the first tab is not a new tab, just how would this option apply?

Think of the "resetting" of the zoom level to be the configured default

value. Defaults are what you initially use. That first tab remains open

during your entire IE8 session. When you first load IE8 and that first tab

loads, it will use the default zoom level, too, but obviously it remains

open during the entire time you are using IE8 so there is no "new" setting

to apply to it.



Just when did you expect the first tab, the one that gets loaded when you

load IE8, to get reset? When would that first tab become a new tab?
