IE error Application Error

I got a problem with my system. when the system running, occasionally,
there were pop up telling that i got an internet explorer error.

First of all, i'm developing a web base system that integrate with
third parties sofware. is there the problem occur because of the
intergration?

the error detail are:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Application Error
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 12/01/2005
Time: 09:13:10
User: N/A
Computer: DT9909
Description:
Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting
module user32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00019ebe.

Hello,

If you are using IE6, try running it with add-ons disabled. Start Internet
Explorer as normal, Tools, Manage Add-ons, Enable or Disable Add-ons.
Disable all the add-ons and enable them one by one till the problem appears
and you get the culprit.

If you are using IE7, go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools >
Internet Explorer 7 (No Add-ons) to start without any add-ons. Close the
browser and see whether the problem occurs again.

If the problem does not occur again, start IE7, go to Tools > Manage Add-ons
and disable all the add-ons and enable them one by one till the problem
appears and you get the culprit.

1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Taps:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.
