Hello and how are you today? I am coming to you hopeing for your assistant in several problems I having but I am first going to start with this one. I am using Windows XP and recently I download Microsoft Fix It Center. I scan my computer in several different areas for which I was seeking help on and got inform that they were other isssues I was not aware of. I was told that one of my problems was my icons randomly change to different icons and that the Fix It Center failed to rebuild icon cache. Now in my research I did find some information on this matter. However I have not a clue of what they are talking about with the exception that if I do one thing wrong I can mess up my computer. Could you please explain what I did to do in very simple terms? I did not know nothing about nothing!!! What icon they are talking about? And could this be the source that is making the computer very slow? I appreciate all your help with this matter and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Again I need really simple step by step terms, thanks!
