I am trying to get the surface rt going and yet it sits there it is one the page that you would touch to get to the sign in spot. then I get the page to sign in on and it sits there I cannot get the keyboard to come up. and when it does the key board will not work. I have been using it in my home and have my present Microsoft password and that is the only I remember having since February and it is June now. any one got an idea on what to do. I tried the turn off and it is charged. I plugged it in and turned it on then off and on and off so many times and nothing happens to change what I see. thank you for your help oh please I want to use the surface for an upcoming trip. It is running windows 8 as is my laptop they were synced up but not sure what is happening now. can you help?
