I know about the corrupted update (kb2823324), should I remove it?

I heard about the issue with this update but have not yet experienced any issues, if I uninstall it, will that do any harm to my system. I think I should but then I also think that it might somehow harm my computer, I'm not sure. I needed a professionals
opinion (Or someone with a lot of computer knowledge) on whether or not I should remove it or keep it.
