I have tried the clean restart of windows, safe mode, made sure my antivirus was off, but it will not let this update install. I have Windows Service Pack 1 for Windows Vista Operating System. The update is actually a Cumulative Security Update for ActiveX
Killbits KB250872. I would appreciate any help. I thought about trying to install Service Pack 2, but it says not to install if you have important updates missing.....
