For the past few months, I've been constantly getting blue screens/ BSODs. My computer runs on Windows 7. The occurrences have started up again, despite my shutting the laptop down when I finish using it (which I thought was the cause of my computer troubles). My Norton Security Suite has been needing attention, but I cannot complete the disk optimization without my computer crashing and/or getting a blue screen. I've been looking up similar problems online, and from what I deduced, my laptop was having some troubles with either the memory card or RAM. Maybe I'm wrong, because when I run the Windows Memory Diagnostic (at least the standard tests), nothing is detected. Here is some of the information that Windows gave me in a popup dialogue box:
Problem signature:

Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3

Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 1e

BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005

BCP2: FFFFF8000349F22B

BCP3: 0000000000000000

BCP4: 000000007EFA0000

OS Version: 6_1_7601

Service Pack: 1_0

Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\032914-59202-01.dmp

C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-103522-0.sysdata.xml

(Me is substituting for my real name) Each time I experienced a blue screen, I copied down the information Windows displayed, and each time, everything was the same except for the files that described the problem. So I know I have a single problem that's causing all of these crashes.

Click here for some files that could be useful in diagnosing this situation. I'd greatly appreciate any and all help.
