I Have No Audio, Error Code 39

I have no audio after the Geek Squad fixed my computer, there was a problem with windows xp and I have no idea how to get the audio working, I'd like to be able to use windows media player and my mic and be able to hear everything, I tried to get help, but they weren't much help at all. So would someone please help me?

You have corrupt drivers, usually you will see a code 39 when its the CD-Rom drive, but it can also be for sound cards too, try the following method here:
