I have multiple NTUSER files, Is this a bad code for my NTUSER.DAT file

Any techies out there that could tell me if this is this a bad code for my NTUSER.DAT file because I have 5 different ones and I have no clue when it comes to writing code, software engineering etc. I can give you more info, just let me know what you need. I have 2 user accounts that are flagged with ? marks, but cannot do ANYTHING with them, no access, and also unknown user with very minimal info given for any of them. Don't know if this helps or just raises more questions or not. LOL Also use a Win 8 Phone. just an fyi I recently had a malware attack on my system and want to make sure there are not any remnants still left or something that was not detected.
