I haven't downloaded any software recently or upgraded anything as far as I can remember but a very important folder of e-mails has disappeared. I've just changed my password but the folder hasn't reappeared. If I search for a particular e-mail that would automatically be diverted to that folder it comes up in search results but I can't view the whole folder.
I notice several people mention a manage folders option but I can't find the sun on the right side of the folders list - only on the right side of the screen but that doesn't give me the option to manage folders. Any help would be much appreciated as all my work e-mails were in there - help!
