I have a Sony Vaio laptop with windows 7. the hard drive crashed and I was only able to get a partial backup before it totally went out. I purchased a set of recovery disks from Sony and went thru the process with all 5 disks.. it seemed to be working but on booting the computer it gives me a windows error telling me restart setup. Ok.. clik ok and it reboots and goes thru the same process never getting thru setup. Sony wants $99.00 to tell me what the problem is... what a racket! Can anyone help?
