When it tries to search for updates, the search process goes on and on, and you can't cancel or close the window ie, it's effectively frozen. Even task Manager can't end the process! When I tried to restart, then the restart process got stuck, had to
do a Force Quit! Tried to change the style of receiving update from Automatic to Choose, and that process froze too!!! A real pain, I may bail on this laptop and go back to a Win 7. Any ideas?
