I cannot install Apps from the store error 0x80073cf0

Hello,

i have recently purchased an Hp pavilion 15 laptop that came with windows 8 single language, i experienced some difficulties with it at first then i had to a system refresh, after that the store won't download apps and the error 0x80073cf0 shows up ,if you can help in anyway i would appreciate it.
