I am receiving a "502 Bad Gateway" message when I try to open websites on IE. How do I clear this e

When i try to open links to websites that I use daily, i am suddenly getting the 502 error message. I have checked to see that internet options connection tab does not have anything checked under proxy servers. Any suggestions?
