With my previous laptop, much of the time when I have shut down the laptop updates would begin to download and the laptop would instruct me not to turn off until updates were downloaded and then laptop would shut down automatically. With my new laptop
this is not happening except for once right after purchasing it approx end of February 2013. Why?
