I am getting error 8007371B on attempted install of Security Update for Windows 7 for x64 based syst

I've run Windows update to install. Other updates install OK. I've attempted to install manually and also by install by shutdown/install.I've run MSFixit.wu . . . &amp also Windowsupdate-2.diagcab but no help. 64 bit computer of course.
