htc touch pro 2 Windows 6.1 can't be synch to Myphone.

My htc touch pro 2,Windows 6.1, Etisalat Operator, can't be synch to MS Myphone, I received an answer that " Myphone service is NO LONGER VALID". What is the alternative to synch now? Should we throw our phones to the rubbish?? It is a very irresponsible answer ?
