I can't get this off my computer. I've uninstalled it yet it still appears in my Program Files. I try to uninstall again and nothing happens. I go into the gear at the top right of screen, go to Manage Add-ons and try to disable it but the button is grayed out. I've downloaded several anti-virus programs that claim will remove it and still the **** is on my comp. How do I get rid of it and all traces of it for good?
