HP ipaq 6965 (Win Mobile 5.0) sync with Win 7 (64 bit) PC - How to do it ?

My old Win Mobile OS 5.0 based ipaq hw 6965 is not gtg connected to my PC which has win 7 (64 bit).
Pls advise how to connect up or upgrade my ipaq 6965 with new OS??
