I have just acquired a new laptop with Windows 8 and I have a brand new HP Deskjet 1000 J110 but I cannot load it.
I have gone to the HP website (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/.../hho/ipg/ccdoc/piw/&softwareitem=mp-122330-1) and tried to download the drivers from there but I keep get the message "Sorry you do not have an internet connection"
I DO have internet connection
I need help please
