Windows 2003 How to take back up or recover raid server 2003

Dear I am using raid server 2003. I am facing problem my server
shutdown due to power failure. when I start server I hear long beaps.
When I have changed RAM slot the system start with out beep. But after
window server 2003 show me bulue screen memory dump error.

Plz send me reply.

You might have had hardware damage from a power surge preceding the
blackout, if your ram stopped working. If so then you might have bad sectors
or damaged data on the hard drive. You should check the hard drives, perhaps
with a bootable CD like Windows PE.
