How to remove ""Search Protect By Client Connect Ltd""

Cannot remove search Protect from my pc tried going into my control panel by cannot remove it by uninstalling it.. it,s still listed with the other programs. I,am running windows 8.1 & using windows essentials...I had the understanding that windows essentials would block these types of programs from taking control of my pc..do anyone have a suggestion on how to get ride of it ......thanks
