My PC is showing ALL services, ALL SECURITY, DEFENDER, FIRE WALL, etc., as STOPPED when I click to RUN these things...exactly 5 mins later, they STOP again. NOTHING IS WORKING CORRECTLY. I reset my PC to factory settings -- but my pics were all there. AVG did a quick ONE TIE fix, tried to SCAN the OS, and immediately found there was an issue.
Some of the STOPPED will NOT allow me to RUN it at all! Tried to get help w/MS, and PREMIRE Techs (free w/new DELL of 3 mos old), but only told to FACTORY RESET - that did NOT fix prob. Hackers have ALL my pswds, even REMOVED all contacts SYNCED via G+ from cell and replaced w/HUNDREDS of strangers from G+members in my circles. NO LONGER SYNCED, YET...THEY'RE MESSING W/PICS FROM CELL PUT ISTNATLY ON PC BEFORE I SEE THEM OR EDIT / DELETE bad ones!!! I'm NOT ON: istagram &, pinrtrest. (sp)??? ONLY USE YT, M.MAKER, PHOTO GALLERY, & SKYPE. PLUS MY AOl.. THAT'S IT...but to take away all OTHER APPS AND ITS NOT FAIR, I SO CHOSE TO USE THEM. I DID BY THE PC AND APPS.
THESE PEOPLE HAVE DESTROYED MY LIFE; my mother's email was hacked, she's 71 y/o, and FORCED TO BUY A NEW PC last week. Same w/my aunt. FAMILY IS FURIOUS W/ME FOR SENDING EMAILS I DIDN'T REALIZE WERE INFECTED!!! Least of my probes, however.
GOT AN EMAIL from my "bank" stating "SUSPIOUS ARIVITY IN ACCT" AND TOLD TO "CLICK HERE" -- I DIDN'T. AS I'm AWARE, THE BANK does NOT... EMAIL "SUSPIOUS ISSUES" TO ME, BUT CALLS. THEY WIPED ME OUT $$$. While sick and not touching my acct or PC x 2 mos in Dec / Jan. COPIED BANKS LOGO PEERFECTLY, yet they cannot spell after 1st pp.
THEY DISABLED YT, as I'm "Christian Author / Speaker & Witness" on that site for Jesus Christ. HAKCERS obviously offended by my message.
YET, saw I could view on Media Player - and the world could see. So, that was "given back to me to upload with."
IT techs (Premier Support), hat came w/PC (Dell), said, DO FACTORY RESET (noting the TASK SERVICES, ALL...STOPPED!!! Or, most had), so I DID...AND LOST all MEATERIAL, AS HE DID ...NOT....WARN ME I'd lose EVERTHING!!! Worked HARD for my vids yet to be edited. ALL GONE!!!
My net provider said, I NEED TO HAVE C-DRIVE REFORMATTED - sent back to Dell. YET, I've NOT been able to get ahold of MS. TO SEE IT THEY HAVE SIMPLE MALWARE ELIMINATOR. free....on SSI...can't afford ANYTHING NOW THAT FUNDS ARE GONE!!!
ALL certificates in cell phone, are SHOWING WARNINGS CERTS = FAKE and I deleted them; on LAPTOP, SAME THING!!! I'M BEING WATHCED...AND USE SKYPE W/BOYFRIEND 1400 MILES AWAY. Figure THAT out!!! Feel I'm being raped (again...as, .I'm a victim of such an INVASIVE CRIME).
I CANNOT FIX A THING, THEY HAVE ALL EMAIL & PSWDS. IF....I chg my cell #, then I cannot verify who I am w/HOTMAIL. W/them in PC, no reason to CHG ANYTHING, THEY'RE COPYING. I'm STUCK!! HOW DO I GET THIS FIXED???!
PLEASE GIVE A LINK TO FREE MALWARE REMOVAL AND M-SOFT...LOOK AT MY PC W/ME. Also requested my LOCATION NOT BE SEEN, hiding from abusive EX and those who are "anti-Christ" but NOW, I'm seen from apps or sites w/a MAP. FAMILY AWARE; AND WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SEND AN EMAIL TO THEM, BLAIMING ME!!! But, knows....if "found dead" - hackers KNOW MY ADDRESS & INFO, so do those who can see where I am on maps.
PLEASE, HELP ME W/THIS. Hackers left me 2 cents in acct. COPIED WELLS FARGO'S LOGO PERFECTLY, sent me 2 EMAILS SEEKING FUNDS IN ACCT. did NOT REPLY...THAT'S WHEN I LOST ALL VIP CONTACTS IN MY CELL...SUCH AS SS, FOOD STAMPS, AND PERSONALI INFO LIKE THAT in NOTES ON SAMSUNG.
HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU ASAP!!! THEY'RE CONTRLLOING WHAT APPS (IF ANY) I CAN USE. SOMETIMES THEY'RE FROZEN. MY SPEED IS TURBO AT 22, my PC is an A8 (re: speed), quad core - Inspirion 5535 = no security at ALL!!! ON ETHERNET CORD. NOT WIFI. PLEASE HELP!!!
