Windows 2003 How to remove a non existing additional DC from domain

Hello,
One of our additional DC has been crashed. So, we changed disks and
formatted. But, computer name still exists in Domain and we always receive
replication errors etc. So, is there any procedure to delete record of this
DC from domain . Or, if I delete its name from domain, other records will be
deleted automatically about it ? (like DNS, Sites and services, LDAP...)
Note : This DC was an additional DC and there was no DC role on it (no
global catalog, no PDC emulator...)

According to Microsoft, "When you remove a domain from the forest, the Dcpromo.exe tool is used to remove the domain. If this process does not work, then the Ntdsutil.exe tool is used to remove the domain metadata from the forest".
