There are much more than in the Start Menu

Is there no correspondence ?

Yes - it's possible. To do so you have to go to the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
create (change) here dword value "MaxRecentDocs" and set it to equal the
number of documents to display in the recent documents list.

You could delete them.
