How to recover data back from memory card with RAW file system?

Do you know how to recover data back from a RAW memory card? I just cannot access my camera card photos since the file system is changed into RAW and the computer also asks me to format it before using. But, these photos are still useful for me. Can you help me recover my photos back? Help me, please!
