Good afternoon, there!
We purchased a No of TS license more than 1 year ago, but we never use it.
Now I am going to install the license on the TS server, however, when I
register my PO with Ms at eopen site by using Authorization No and Purchase
Order No, the order is there, but no display about the license key.

May I know is there any other way I can retrieve the TS license?

Many thanks in advaced!

Rgds

Hi Shermaine,

I do not know which volume licensing program you are on,
but with Open Business or Open Volume you would enter
your Authorization number (15 digits) and your license
number (8 digits).

If you login to the eOpen site you should see your license
and authorization numbers under Agreement Summary.

If this doesn't help then I would recommend you contact
your reseller and ask for a copy of the original paperwork
and/or contact Microsoft licensing for help since you have
your authorization number.

Thanks, TP, I will try to contact Ms since I still have the original copy of
document with Authorization number (15 digits) and the license number (8
digits).

Thansk and regards

Hi,

Since you have the authorization number and the license
number, then open up Terminal Services Licensing and
install your license. Right-click on your server and
choose Activate Server (if you haven't already), then
choose Install Licenses.

Make sure the Licensing Program is set to Open License,
and make sure you choose the correct type: Per User or
Per Device.

After the above is complete make sure that on your TS
server its licensing mode is set to the same type as your
licenses. This is done using Terminal Services Configuration.
