how to fix error message check remote fax when I send fax from outside.

I get an error message check the remote fax everytime Isome one sent me a fax from outside to my machine at home 3 in one dell 1135N laser MFP. I check the set up steps with the manual and I found them oka. I need to know what should I do to fix the error
message and be able to receive fax. thanks.
