I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 8 installed on it as the operating system.I'm having trouble permanently removing or deleting the above Norton leftover file from my laptop's system.My pc had already come pre-installed with Norton Internet Security as well as Anti-Theft and a bunch of other Norton junk pre-installed on it already but I cannot get rid of this stupid file in my pc's program data folder or area and I need help or tips on how to get rid of this 4 good or uninstall,shred it..whatever.Again,the file is C:\ProgramData\Norton\{311739EB-5C94-4EE1-B911-2D1F005060F4}\NARA_4.1.0.11. What is this malware that got leftover or what?Need tips or advice on how to get rid of this permanently!!HELP!!! I was able to successfully it seems to uninstall all the other Norton software already installed except this file or folder.I can't find it in the Registry..what would it look like?Where else would it be hidden in my pc other than Program Data?Please someone help!!
