I have Windows XP SP3. Is there any way to disable Mouseover when selecting items from menus everywhere in Windows including all software and the Start Menu?
I want the menu I select to stay open and not disappear until I click on a different menu or menu item.
With the default behavior, sometimes when I try to move to a submenu (or accidentally move the mouse pointer off of the menu I want), the entire menu I selected at first disappears and some other menu appears.
I’d like to learn about any Windows settings, scripts, 3rd party software, etc. that accomplishes this.
