How to delete files that end in dot (.)

I have a file that ends in a dot (.). Latter, after trying to delete it, it said that its source could not be found. Well, then I looked it up and it said its because of the dot, but I couldn't find any answers on how to fix it. Is there a way?

I run Windows XP 32 bit.
