how to configure hotmail account so that mail deleted on phone wont delete on server?

I know how to configure Hotmail account. I configured it on my windows phone6.5 but when i delete any mail from phone it gets deleted from server also. I want to solve this problem. I want account so that if i delete my mail on phone then also mail will me available on server.
