You can close down the Security Center service by typing "services.msc"
(without the quotes) in your Start Menu search box, then open the service
properties (right-click), stop it and deactivate it. You have to have admin
privileges in order to do so.

Oh... And it's a really bad idea.

Thanks!
I have done follow what you said, but securtiy center start with vista
yet. So I close Windows Defender Service and Firewall Services. This time
security center didn't start , but a ico of security center still appears in
task bar. From the context menu of this ico , I know security center didn't
start. and a menu that can close this ico itself is offered.
My question is how to close this ico? By the way I use a three-part
antivirus software and firewall. I think it work well!
best regards!

Try this tutorial ("Get rid of..." paragraph):

Your security suite does not replace the functionality of Windows Security
Center. This Center provides an UI to Windows's security features, and
monitors all security applications running on your system. By disabling it,
you will no longer be notified if there's anything wrong with your firewall,
AV, AS, updates and other security settings. That's why I called it a bad
idea.
