How to Battery not sliding from Laptop?

Hi:
I replaced a brand new battery on DELL Latitude D620 the other day and found the battery often sliding from the Laptop that causes 'black-out' of DELL Latitude D620. The cause is that left side of sliders located bottom of the Laptop not property engaged,
.... more likely one of pins was broken.

Any idea keep the battery from sliding?
