How i can save Tags

I am using Bookmarks on Firefox for years and every week i am exporting them on my skydrive. I started to use Tags and found them very helpful but when i reinstalled window i imported my bookmarks from net and i was shocked when there were no Tags , all were deleted. So is it possible that i can use Tags facility again and save the Tags with Bookmarks .
