How do I uninstall XP professional?

I made a mistake and installed XP Professional when I already had a newer version of XP home. Now every time I turn on the computer Professional opens with nothing in the docs and stuff. No programs... nothing.

If I restart, the PC gives me an option of which operating system I want to use.

How can I un-install XP Professional?
