how do I get rid of the Xp end of service pop up?

Every time I turn on my XP laptop that end of XP service popup turns on. I have no intention of upgrading my xp computer since the 2 programs I have on there crash on both win 7 and win 7 pro virtual xp. The popup is annoying and I can't seem to get it disabled. How can I do this?
