How do I get my screen resolution back to 1440x900?

For some reason 1440x900 isn't listed in my suggested screen resolutions, I can't drag it to that through properties.

I have a default monitor on Intel G33/G31 Express Chipset Family. I tried to update the driver, it didn't really work. So I don't know what to do, but the font is huge now, it kinda gives me a headache.

I don't know what caused this or how to fix it, please help?
